A fresh take on food waste

A more tasty
future for everyone

Sometimes the crazy ideas end up making the most sense. We reduce food waste at the source by upcycling surplus food into delicious baked goodies.

  • Surplus food upcycled
  • Reduce waste and save resources
  • A new range of delicious staples

The table is covered with a pink-striped cloth and filled with plates of food including flatbreads, salads, grilled items, and small bowls of dips. One person reaches for food while the other holds utensils, both positioned close to the spread. Colorful dishes, glasses, and serving plates are arranged across the table, creating a bright, casual dining scene.

Fighting Food Waste

Every year, tonnes of good food goes to waste just for being 'wonky' or surplus.

Join Earth & Wheat in fighting food waste and see the difference rescued food can make.

TASTE MORE. WASTE LESS.

Food waste happens for many reasons. Sometimes it’s surplus from over production, other times food is a bit wonky or doesn’t look quite right to go on shelves but it still tastes great. We don’t need to throw that food away. What we need to do is think differently about waste. We are leading the way by taking action.

  • Turning the imperfect into a perfect solution
  • Moving towards zero waste systems
  • Growing a new conscious community

A folded napkin lies in the lower left, and an amber glass containing an iced orange-coloured drink is placed in the upper right. Small basil leaves are scattered around the sandwiches.

Change Baked In

We always knew rescuing and reworking food waste would gradually lead to change, but we also wanted to create an impact right from when we first fired up our ovens. Since 2021 we have donated over 300,000 meals to those that need them most.
